Planning Prospects have secured on appeal planning permission for 266 new homes for Miller Homes in York.  The site lies within the York Green Belt and the appeal considered the case put by Planning Prospects that Very Special Circumstances applied to allow the development to proceed in the Green Belt.  York has been long renowned as a Local Planning Authority which has never had a Development Plan in place and the success of this appeal has unlocked a site for the client, which otherwise would have remained with delay in the Local Plan process.  The scheme delivers a high quality residential development with extensive new green infrastructure.
