Planning Prospects have secured outline planning permission for a mixed use development comprising employment units and a petrol filling station on the outskirts of Beverley, East Yorkshire.  The scheme on the former Teckno site is intended to meet the need for a petrol filling station on the outskirts of the Town and will bring with it a range of other employment opportunities.  Planning Prospects has now been instructed to submit Reserved Matters for the Petrol Filling Station with other phases to come forward in 2021.
