Planning Prospects have secured planning permissions from Worcester City Council, on behalf of the University of Worcester, for full Planning Permission and Consent for Demolition in a Conservation Area in relation to its proposed Change of Use of, and internal and external alterations to, the former Berrows House, Hylton Road, in order to facilitate the University’s exciting new use as the  Centre for Health, Wellbeing and Medicine that will be delivered in partnership with local NHS trusts.
