Following on from securing outline planning permission for a mixed-use scheme in 2019 of new homes and employment development, Planning Prospects are advancing the Reserved Matters approvals for this part of the South Worcestershire Urban Extension.

The first phase Reserved Matters Approval has now been granted for part of the residential development on the site. The approved scheme will provide 36 new homes together with the majority of the site wide infrastructure, green spaces including a Local Area of Equipped Play and community allotments.

Alongside this, Planning Prospects have now also secured Reserved Matters Approval for the first phase of employment development on behalf of St Modwen Developments. This includes the first two employment units on the site with associated infrastructure.
