The scheme will provide a high-quality, sustainable development with a variety of bespoke house type designs ranging from 1 bedroom bungalows to 4 bedroom family housing. It will also deliver substantial areas of public open space, including a new Local Area of Play and community orchard, and will enhance opportunities for wildlife through ecological habitat zones, a network of sustainable drainage systems and significant new tree planting. The development will improve pedestrian connectivity and provide natural surveillance and a high degree of security along the existing public footpaths within the site.
