Planning Prospects Ltd have assisted Taylor Wimpey in obtaining Reserved Matters approval from Stratford-upon-Avon District Council for a further phase of residential development (Phase 2D A4b) at the Upper Lighthorne New Settlement site. The permitted scheme is for 57 dwellings together with associated garages, boundary treatments, landscaping, highways, drainage and related infrastructure. This Reserved Matters approval continues the delivery of the new settlement at Upper Lighthorne which is a key allocation for development within the Stratford upon Avon Core Strategy.
