Planning Prospects secured permission to enable the conversion of former timeshare units in the grounds of the Bovey Castle Hotel and allow their use as permanent staff accommodation.  Given the secluded nature of the hotel and pressure on local housing stock it is difficult for staff to find housing, and this permission will play a key role in serving the existing and future workforce and supporting the hotel.
