Planning Prospects appeared on behalf of Lonestar Land to provide planning evidence at an inquiry determining an appeal against the refusal of Malvern Hills District Council for the development of up to 45 dwellings at Leigh Sinton. The main issues were the effect of the development on the open character and function of the Significant Gap, the effect of the development in the open countryside, on landscape character and its visual effects and housing land supply. The appeal was allowed with planning permission granted.
